Please plan accordingly if you will be utilizing our complimentary shuttle. It will take 45 minutes to an hour to get from Desolation Hotel to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

• Please eat breakfast or brunch as this will be a few hours taking into account the ride to the church, photos at the church, shuttle ride back to host hotel

• There will be water and snacks on the shuttle, but plan accordingly if you want to bring your own snacks, meals, etc.

• The shuttle will be parked in front of host hotel and loading begins at 12:00 PM

• You will receive a text message indicating that the shuttle is ready

• If you are not ass-in-seat by 12:20 PM, the shuttle will leave without you and you will be responsible for your own transportation

• You will arrive at the church around 1:30 PM so you will have some time to freshen up from the ride, use the restroom and find a seat.
